Corrections and change log

Correction policy

• Every page on this site carries the date it was last reviewed and the sources it relies on.
• Corrections are published, not silently applied. The entry says what changed and why.
• If a court outcome, appeal or retraction changes the status of anything recorded here, the record is updated and the change is logged.
• Anyone can report an error. The report should identify the page, the wording, and the source that contradicts it.
• Where a correction concerns a named person, the correction is applied to every page that repeats the wording, not only the page complained of.

   Navigation restructured into Overview, Timeline, The Record, Accountability and Network Map. Added the recommendation implementation tracker, the unresolved questions register, the claims registry, the curated media index, the topic hubs and this corrections log.

   To separate primary evidence from reporting, commentary and unresolved matters, and to make gaps visible rather than implicit.

2. Site wide

   Clarification · 2026-09-03

   Adopted a controlled evidence vocabulary and a controlled implementation status vocabulary, published on the methodology sections of the new pages.

   So that an allegation, a charge, a finding and a conviction are never presented as interchangeable.
